The Resy Drive-Thru transformed the Hollywood Palladium into a one-of-a-kind culinary experience, where guests enjoyed a 10-course tasting menu from top Los Angeles chefs—all from the comfort of their cars. Designed with COVID-19 safety measures in mind, the drive-thru concept blended fine dining with an immersive, socially distanced format, allowing food lovers to experience signature dishes from renowned restaurants like Jon & Vinny’s, Night + Market, and Osteria Mozza. The event, presented by American Express Gold Card, featured carefully curated stops where servers delivered each course directly to attendees' car windows, accompanied by a personalized audio experience.
With strict health and safety protocols, including pre-event COVID testing for staff, socially distanced service, and touchless ticketing, the two-night event seamlessly merged innovation, hospitality, and entertainment. Guests entered the experience in 15-minute time slots, ensuring a smooth and staggered flow through each stop. Stoelt Productions, in collaboration with Shiraz Creative, handled the lighting, audiovisual production, and immersive guest experience, reinforcing the luxurious yet safe execution of the event. The success of Resy Drive-Thru Los Angeles set a new standard for creative dining experiences during the pandemic while supporting the restaurant industry at a critical time.
