Pandora Summer Crush 2015
On August 15, 2015, Pandora transformed L.A. Live into a high-energy music festival for its largest single-day event ever, Summer Crush 2015. Featuring a star-studded lineup including Jason Derulo, Steve Aoki, Fifth Harmony, Tori Kelly, Rachel Platten, and Who Is Fancy, the invite-only event brought together true fans for an unforgettable day of music, brand activations, and festival experiences. The city-block-wide footprint featured an immersive festival environment, with a massive 30’x34’ stage outfitted with over 80 moving lights, LED tiles, and confetti cannons. Pandora also created a visually striking presence with two 10-foot branded helium spheres, two 150-foot-tall balloon strands, and oversized inflatable icons that dominated the street.
Beyond the main stage, the event space spanned an entire city block, featuring sponsor activations, interactive experiences, and curated guest amenities. Despite a scorching 100-degree heatwave, Stoelt Productions worked closely with the City of Los Angeles, AEG, and the LAPD to ensure a seamless and safe experience. The activation featured an expansive shade lounge, cooling misting stations, and hydration towers, ensuring guests stayed cool while enjoying the festival. Title sponsors like Amazon Student, Starbucks, L’Oréal Paris, Acuvue, and Asics enhanced the experience with immersive activations, while Steve Aoki’s signature cake-throwing performance and a finale packed with confetti cannons, LED visuals, and oversized branded inflatables capped off an electrifying night.
