Louis Vuitton Pop-Up On Rodeo Drive
Louis Vuitton’s "Message in a Bottle" pop-up on Rodeo Drive brought Virgil Abloh’s Spring/Summer collection to life, following stops in Shanghai, Tokyo, Paris, and Miami. The striking installation featured massive red shipping containers, setting the stage for a curated selection of upcycled and pre-collection pieces. Inside, visitors explored Abloh’s vision of recycling fashion narratives, surrounded by a cinematic video installation looping Paris runway footage.
Blending fashion and technology, the experience introduced interactive digital elements, including QR codes that unlocked Augmented Reality (AR) features via Snapchat. The Zoooom with Friends characters, a key part of the collection’s storytelling, appeared throughout the space, with a giant cartoon dog atop the containers as a playful focal point. The Beverly Hills residency seamlessly fused retail, art, and digital engagement, offering an exclusive, immersive fashion experience.
