CHALLENGE:

Lyft wanted to celebrate its fifth anniversary in Los Angeles in a meaningful way—one that showed appreciation for its drivers while reinforcing its brand presence. A major challenge was finding a car wash capable of handling 300+ cars per day while maintaining a smooth, high-volume operation. The location also needed to be highly visible, well-trafficked, and structurally sound for a complete venue transformation.

INSIGHT:

Drivers are the backbone of Lyft’s success, and small, thoughtful perks create meaningful impact. Offering low-cost, high-value car washes while supporting a local charity provided drivers with a tangible reward while maximizing brand visibility at a high-traffic location.
