Oner Active’s Stronger Together Festival was the brand’s largest event ever, transforming a 22,000 sq. ft. space in the heart of Melrose into a fully immersive fitness, retail, and community experience.

CHALLENGE:
After successful activations in London, Oner Active aimed to make a bold entrance into the U.S. market with a large-scale event in Los Angeles. The challenge was executing an ambitious, multi-faceted activation in an unfamiliar market while managing tight logistics, infrastructure demands, and high visibility.
INSIGHT:
The Stronger Together Festival needed to feel more than just a fitness event; it had to be a full lifestyle experience that blended retail, training, and community engagement. By transforming an empty warehouse into a fully branded experience, we built a space that felt unmistakably Oner Active—blending bold visuals, immersive storytelling, and interactive elements to bring the brand’s mission to life.
SOLUTION & RESULTS:
Designed and built a fully functional pop-up retail store featuring a 100% online shopping experience with shoppable showrooms powered by iPad stations.
Engineered and fabricated a custom shade sail structure to host rooftop panel discussions and provide a dynamic visual element.
Constructed a state-of-the-art gym with 12 squat racks, free weights, kettlebells, and a dedicated lifter’s lounge for athletes and brand ambassadors.
Executed infrastructure for an elaborate content team, including back-of-house logistics, product reception, and trucking coordination.
Strategically booked the venue in the middle of Melrose, two blocks from the iconic Pink Wall, leveraging high-foot traffic and brand visibility.
Implemented large-scale outdoor graphics and a pre-event wallscape campaign, maximizing brand impressions leading up to the activation.
Integrated food trucks, DJs, photo moments, and lounge spaces to create an engaging, high-energy environment.
Assisted in the execution of an Athlete House to host Oner Active athletes and ambassadors, supporting a content-driven, community-focused experience.
Successfully executed the entire activation within a compressed timeline, making Oner Active’s U.S. debut a standout moment for the brand.
