Gymshark International Women's Day | Empowerment + Fitness Event
Gymshark’s International Women’s Day event was a powerful celebration of strength, empowerment, and community, bringing together influential women in fitness and beyond. Hosted at Brick Fitness in West Hollywood, the event offered an immersive experience blending motivation, movement, and meaningful conversations. The day kicked off with an electrifying panel discussion featuring Kathryn and Kendra of @kk_fit_, alongside other industry leaders, who shared stories of resilience, ambition, and change. The event space was infused with inspiring visual storytelling, including motivational signage that read, “Turning glass ceilings into dance floors”, and interactive stations where attendees could write down the changes they want to see in the world and the changemakers who inspire them.
Following the panel, attendees took part in a high-energy workout led by Cory and the powerhouse women of Brick Fitness, reinforcing the event’s theme of strength in both mind and body. To refuel after the session, guests indulged in delicious wraps, coffee, and protein-infused rolled ice cream packed with avocado and almond milk for a nutritious boost. Throughout the day, three groups of 75 women cycled through the experience, making it an intimate yet dynamic gathering. By combining fitness, community, and storytelling, Gymshark and Stoelt Productions created a truly immersive and impactful event, empowering women to be #FreeToBe and #WeTheChangemakers.
