Billboard Power 100 | Pre-Grammy Event 2014
Billboard hosted its third annual Power 100 event at the Emerson Theatre in Hollywood, celebrating the most influential executives in the music industry. This exclusive cocktail reception brought together music’s top decision-makers, artists, and entertainment leaders to honor the Billboard Power 100 list and its Clive Davis Musical Visionary Award recipient, Joe Smith. The evening featured engaging speeches, networking opportunities, and live performances, with a special set by the stars of the Oscar-winning documentary "20 Feet From Stardom," including Lisa Fischer, Darlene Love, Tata Vega, Merry Clayton, and Judith Hill.
Stoelt Productions transformed the Emerson Theatre into an elegant and immersive experience, featuring a grand step-and-repeat arrivals area, dynamic lighting, and custom branding elements throughout the venue. The stage design was a standout, with a custom backdrop showcasing award records, each engraved with the names of Power 100 honorees, sleek ambient lighting, and a premium sound system, creating an unforgettable setting for the honorees and attendees. The VIP cocktail reception featured lounge-style seating, curated floral arrangements, and a selection of gourmet hors d’oeuvres and specialty cocktails, elevating the pre-Grammy celebration into an exclusive industry event.
