Los Angeles Dodgers | NLCS Hospitality Event 2013
As the Los Angeles Dodgers advanced to the National League Championship Series, their new management team sought to completely reimagine the traditional post-season hospitality experience, transforming it into a Hollywood-style celebration that reflected the team’s prestige. With just two days to execute, Stoelt Productions was tapped to elevate the event format, designing an immersive, high-energy experience that blended luxury hospitality, entertainment, and sports culture. Set in Lot L of Dodger Stadium, the 15,000-square-foot space featured a VIP lounge, outdoor patio, and a tented environment outfitted with Dodger blue décor, chrome accents, and dynamic lighting. A central circular bar with a custom truss displayed the team’s World Series championship years, while moving lights and LED accents created an electrifying post-season atmosphere.
The event featured a DJ stage with playback monitors, ensuring a lively and engaging ambiance for Dodgers owners, managers, VIPs, and MLB executives in attendance. Beyond design, the elevated hospitality experience extended to the culinary lineup, reimagining ballpark classics with upscale touches like plated chicken and waffles and signature Dodger Dogs. The dynamic lighting and premium décor seamlessly blended luxury with the excitement of playoff baseball, positioning the Dodgers as leaders in sports entertainment. The event’s success marked a dramatic departure from traditional post-season hospitality, proving Stoelt Productions' ability to deliver high-impact, large-scale productions under extreme time constraints while reinforcing the team’s commitment to creating an unforgettable guest experience.
